Description

Collection period: from October until the beginning of November.
Storage and extraction: Once the olives are harvested, they are placed in 20 kg perforated boxes and are transported in a crusher in the same day. They are immediately processed in our oil mill using the cold extraction method with a controlled temperature that does not exceed 27 ° C.
Conservation: the oil is immediately bottled without racking and filtration. The bottle is transparent because you want to highlight the green color of this product. It is possible that a deposit is formed on the bottom of the bottle, a sign of genuineness and rusticity of the product.
