L\u2019invaiatura \u00e8 precoce e contemporanea.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019olio che deriva da questa cultivar ha colore tendenzialmente giallo, si caratterizza per un fruttato tendenzialmente leggero, con toni erbacei e lievemente mandorlati. Al gusto si presenta prevalentemente dolce, con gradevoli note di amaro e piccante solo in caso di raccolta precoce.<\/p>\n<h2>Utilizzo in cucina \/ Abbinamento<\/h2>\n<p>E&#8217; consigliabile l&#8217;utilizzo dell&#8217;olio di Leccino a crudo su cibi delicati. \u00c8 un olio che sa esaltare le pietanze raffinate senza nasconderne il gusto.<\/p>\n<h2>Storia<\/h2>\n<p>La probabile regione di origine di questa cultivar, oggi diffusa in tutta Italia e nel mondo, \u00e8 la Toscana; in particolare viene identificata come originaria del comprensorio fiorentino e pistoiese.
