Color: color from green with golden reflections.

Yield: per 100 kg of olives on average 10/12 lt. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Harvest period: from the end of October until the beginning of December.
Storage and extraction: Once the olives are harvested, they are placed in 20 kg perforated boxes and are transported in a crusher in the same day. They are immediately processed in our oil mill using the cold extraction method with a controlled temperature that does not exceed 27 ° C.
Conservation: takes place in small steel tanks. After 2 decantings the oil is bottled.
