DOP “Colline Teatine”
The “Colline Teatine” DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the olive fruits of the Gentile varieties of Chieti, Leccino, Moraiolo, in different percentages. Other varieties present in the olive groves can be added up to a maximum of 10%.
The maximum yield of olives in oil can not exceed 22%. “Colline Teatine” DOP Etra Virgin Olive Oil is characterized by a total maximum acidity level of 0.6 g per 100 g of oil.
